The dating site brags that there are quite a few male and female singles who are seeking out the love of their lives from behind bars. Many of the pictures on the site also seem to have been taken from behind bars – though not all of them. As with most sites, users can upload a picture and write out a profile which gives the user details of their character, interests, backgrounds and more. What seems to be lacking, however, is the reason that they are in prison.
Some prisoners choose to let others know when their date of release is, however. According to a user who calls himself “bigpetep”, he is a “single male” and has only two and a half years left in jail.

A profile which names itself “Jacko” states that the user is a “care free guy” and likes to “drink and socialise”. With a description of being six foot two, he prefers a date which involves a “meal and then maybe a walk round a park”. Jacko also announces that an idea of fun for him is spending all day at a theme park and then going out to eat and go clubbing.
There are some prisoners who are more than happy to share the address of their prison as well as their cell and block. The site also claims to be “the fastest growing co-operative of online dating sites in the world”.
